Job summary

Pacific Retail Capital Partners invites an experienced Operations Manager to join the Queen Ka’ahumanu Center in Kahului, HI. You will support the General Manager in overseeing the property's operations, keeping facilities safe, well-maintained, and compliant with standards, while protecting long-term value for owners and tenants.

This role requires 5+ years in Operations/Facilities/Property Management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations, facilities, or property management experience.
• Experience supervising others and coordinating teams.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Working knowledge of maintenance and operational functions.
• Ability to read building blueprints, CAD drawings, and other schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects to protect and improve asset value.
• Implement safety practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan and monitor maintenance, repairs, and preventive programs.
• Select and manage contracted services with scopes of work.
• Oversee maintenance team through supervision and scheduling.
• Develop multi-year capital plans and manage projects.
• Review safety reports and develop preventive programs as needed.
• Manage insurance claims, tenant construction, and vendor performance.
• Prepare operating and capital expense budgets and reports.
