The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while working with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management or related roles.
• Active Hawaii Real Estate License or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with commercial/retail/office/industrial properties.
• Understanding of leases, property operations, maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Ability to travel to commercial properties across Oahu.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and performance of assigned commercial properties.
• Build relationships with property owners and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, vendors, and improvement projects.
• Review vendor proposals, scopes of work, and service agreements.
• Monitor property budgets, operating expenses, and financial performance.
• Review lease obligations, rent increases, renewals, and key lease milestones.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address operational issues.
• Partner with accounting and operations teams on reporting and portfolio goals.
• Provide owners with timely updates, recommendations, and property performance insights.
• Resolve tenant and property concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Manage daily operations and performance of assigned commercial properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, vendors, and improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of leases, property operations, maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication, organization, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Ability to travel to commercial properties throughout Oahu.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Property Manager experience.
• Experience with lease administration and tenant relations.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and capital improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Hawaii commercial real estate practices.

Work Setting: On‑site/field‑based in Honolulu, HI, with regular travel to properties throughout Oahu.
