Job summary

Greystar, a global real estate platform, seeks a Property Manager to run day-to-day operations of a multi-family property in California. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, oversee leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication, and budget skills. Onsite work and driving within properties are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and collecting rents.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies.
