Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and team to meet financial and operational goals.
• Develop budget inputs and monitor financial statements, marketing data, and reports.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and renewal processes; approve invoices and manage vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, company policies, and safety standards; supervise staff and training.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
