Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager in Savannah, GA to oversee day-to-day operations of a 290-unit garden community. You will lead the onsite team, manage budgets, leasing, and resident services while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing laws.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, rent setting, approving invoices, supervising staff, marketing strategies, resident satisfaction, and regular property inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management and leasing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Budget development input and financial reporting.
• Set rent rates and collect rents; prepare and review monthly status.
• Approve invoices from vendors and manage accounts payable.
• Oversee lease enforcement and conduct periodic inspections.
• Lead, hire, and develop property staff and supervise performance.
• Address resident concerns promptly and maintain service quality.
