Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Garden-style community in Pooler, GA. You will lead a team, manage budgets, lease activity, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and leasing expertise, with a focus on occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance. Regular on-site presence and vendor coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community and supervise staff.
• Assist in budgeting, rent setting, and reviewing monthly financials.
• Process invoices, maintain vendor relations, and ensure compliance.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and move-in/out procedures.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely response to service requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain safety and appearance.
• Train and evaluate property staff, and manage client/owner communications.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
