Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and budgets to guide property performance.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage approvals with on-site staff and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and maintain petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Develop marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy/revenue goals.
• Respond to resident questions promptly and supervise maintenance staff.
