Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a Garden community, manage daily operations, staffing, and financial performance. You will set rent, collect payments, manage vendors, and enforce leases while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction at a stabilized property.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site work and adherence to company policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and oversee the team to meet budgeted financial goals.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, post charges, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance certificates and codes are correct.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions as needed.
• Analyze market trends to inform short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Ensure maintenance standards and safety compliance across grounds and amenities.
• Supervise staff through hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
