Cornerstone Residential seeks a full-time Property Manager in Sioux Falls to lead daily operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections and financial reporting for a multi-family property. You will oversee staff, coordinate maintenance, ensure compliant operations, and drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, marketing ability, HUD/LIHTC experience, and a proven track record in property management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of OneSite or similar property management software.
• Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• HUD/LIHTC experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations.
• Oversee property maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Maintain and manage financial responsibilities.
• Manage rental collections and delinquency processes.
• Lead and develop the property management team.
• Plan and monitor marketing activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
