Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Denver-area community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, drive leasing and revenue, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate maintenance, leasing, and financial reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collection.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
