Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a property operations leader to manage day-to-day activities of an assigned community. You will oversee teams, budgets, and resources to achieve financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and related laws.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, leasing, and vendor partners to optimize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum in property management, sales, marketing and customer service to run daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop property budgets and analyze financial statements to meet revenue targets.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare financial status reports.
• Review invoices and manage vendor communications for accuracy.
