Greystar is seeking a Property Manager in San Francisco to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a stabilized, mid‑rise community. You will manage the team, daily activities, and resources to hit budgeted financial and operational goals, while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies.

You will lead budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, and staff supervision, with a focus on resident satisfaction and occupancy growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years property management experience.
• Knowledge of California lease processes (CA‑specific requirements) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for the property; analyze financial statements and market data.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rents and ensuring timely collections.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor/contractor communications.
• Control expenditures to stay within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions as needed.
• Analyze market trends to inform short- and long‑term leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction by timely response to issues and supervising maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Supervise staff: hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Assist in managing owner relations with updates and performance information.
