Job summary

Greystar in Sausalito, CA seeks a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a 198-unit garden-style community. You will manage the team, schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.

You will set rent strategies, monitor collections, review financial reports, supervise maintenance, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and oversee staff.
• Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and review marketing data.
• Ensure lease processes, rent collection, and enforcement per leases.
• Supervise maintenance and ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to resident inquiries and maintain high resident service.
