Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and financial performance at our multifamily properties. You’ll partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, manage leasing, collections, and administrative tasks while maintaining high operational standards.

You bring at least 2 years of multifamily property management experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in MS Office and property systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications preferred but not required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property systems; experience with Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI and Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments per company standards.
• Assist with collections including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain all account records and financial transactions; reconcile deposits and credits.
• Keep complete and accurate resident files meeting company standards.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications, renewals, and move-out documentation.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and deposit accounting.
• Perform regular property and vacant unit inspections; coordinate with maintenance.
• Provide excellent resident service and resolve concerns professionally.
