Job summary

GPI Management seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations, oversee rent collection, and assist with leasing tasks at our Irving, Texas community.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in property management, excellent customer service, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office and property management software is preferred; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and act in the Manager’s absence.
• Collect rent, manage delinquency, and maintain accurate resident ledgers.
• Perform leasing duties including tours and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up for completion.
• Attend eviction court and understand the eviction process (TAA compliant).
• Conduct daily property walks and inspect vacant units.
