• Experience in property management or related real estate management.

• Proficient with Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property in line with policies and regulations.
• Manage leasing activities including advertising vacancies, showings, applications, and leases.
• Build and maintain positive tenant relationships and address concerns.
• Supervise on-site staff, leasing agents, maintenance teams, and contractors.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and upkeep.
• Prepare monthly financial, occupancy, and operational reports for ownership.
• Oversee vendor contracts, maintenance projects, and improvements.
• Enforce lease terms and handle delinquency processes as needed.
