The role requires organized, detail-oriented communication, and a focus on rent collections and leasing tasks to ensure high service levels for residents and prospects. You will assist with tours, move-ins/move-outs, and coordinate maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and act in the Manager's absence.
• Collect rent, manage delinquency, and maintain accurate resident ledgers.
• Perform leasing duties including tours and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up for completion.
• Attend eviction court and understand the eviction process (TAA compliant).
• Conduct daily property walks and inspect vacant units.
