Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management or related real estate, housing, or hospitality roles.
• Working knowledge of leasing processes and basic property operations.
• Familiarity with property management systems (AppFolio a plus).
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and over the phone.
• Team-oriented mindset with a customer-service focus.
• Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day property operations alongside the Property Manager.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for residents and resolve concerns.
• Assist with leasing activities, renewals, and recordkeeping in AppFolio.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Help conduct property inspections and support improvement projects.
• Assist with vendor coordination, contracts, and service agreements.
• Support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Help manage operations across multiple properties with attention to detail.
