Qualifications

• Experience as Property Manager or similar real estate management role.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and tenant relations.
• Proficient with property management software (Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and lease processes.
• Manage leasing activities: advertise, show units, process applications, prepare leases.
• Maintain tenant satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Supervise on-site staff and contractors.
• Prepare monthly financial, occupancy, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and regulations.
• Oversee vendor contracts and capital improvement projects.
• Monitor budgets and control expenses.
