Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a NoDa-area Charlotte community. You will lead the property team, manage budgets, analyze financials, and ensure compliance with housing laws while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

You will supervise leasing, marketing, resident relations, and maintenance teams, conducting inspections and enforcing leases to maximize performance. Onsite leadership and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the property and supervise staff.
Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and reviewing financials.
Approve invoices, ensure insurance certificates, and coordinate with vendors and owners.
Monitor expenditures to stay within budget and manage petty cash.
Oversee lease enforcement, applications, inspections, notices, and renewals.
