Responsibilities

• Develop and manage property budgets and financial statements.
• Set rent strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure insurance and codes compliance.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and tenant relations.
• Mentor and supervise property staff to align with company standards.
