Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a property operations leader in Greenville to manage day-to-day property activities, lead a team, and ensure adherence to budgets and regulatory standards.

You will drive budgeting processes, rent administration, vendor management, and lease enforcement while monitoring market trends to optimize occupancy and revenue. A 4–6 year background in property management and a preferred Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to lead or work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and processing collections and deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, conduct inspections, and handle renewals and evictions as needed.
• Gather market data and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by timely response to requests and service issues.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance per company policies.
