You will handle leasing coordination, administer records, assist with rents/late fees, vendor communications, and maintenance coordination, while focusing on resident retention and compliant administrative duties.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience required.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
• Fair Housing certification required before interacting with prospects or residents.
• Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of property transactions and submit on a timely basis.
• Assist Property Manager in ensuring rents and late fees are collected and deposited promptly.
• Assist in generating legal documents and actions per state guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications for scheduling, billing, and insurance certificates.
• Ensure A/P invoices are submitted for payment and manage petty cash.
