Foundation Communities is seeking an Assistant Manager at Cardinal Point in Austin, TX to support the Property Manager and step in during their absence. The role focuses on leasing responsibilities, resident relations, and operational duties to keep the property running smoothly.

You will post rents, process renewals, run background checks, maintain records, issue notices, and prepare reports while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects at Foundation Communities.

Qualifications

• Assists Property Manager and acts in their absence, ensuring continuity of on-site operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate resident records.
• Experience with on-site software and knowledge of fair housing practices.

Responsibilities

• Posts all rents, deposits, fees and daily bank deposits.
• Prepares and issues renewal notices (90-60-30 days).
• Conducts recertifications and background checks.
• Maintains accurate resident records and reports as directed.
• Issues notices for late payments, evictions, NSF checks.
• Prepares updated operational reports for Property Manager.
• Greets prospective residents and handles leasing functions as needed.
