Job summary

BARRETT & STOKELY INC, a leading real estate investment and management firm located in Zionsville, IN, seeks a Full-Time Property Management Assistant. In this role, you'll assist the Property Manager in leading the team, supervising daily rental operations, and ensuring the highest quality of service to residents.

The ideal candidate will have multifamily management experience, a strong customer service focus, and proficiency in relevant software. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour, and comprehensive benefits are provided, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Two (2) years related experience in multi-family management role and/or leasing, sales and/or customer service.
• General knowledge of multifamily property management practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in leading staff to ensure high service.
• Collect and process rent payments, handle late fees.
• Inspect apartments before move-in to ensure readiness.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Familiarity with Entrata software

Education
