Job summary

Barrett & Stokely is actively seeking an onsite Leasing Professional in Indianapolis. You will support the Property Manager, lead staff to ensure top-tier resident service, and manage rent collection and lease processing.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years in multifamily leasing or related work, and MS Office with Entrata experience. A driver's license is preferred and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years related multifamily management or leasing experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations, and property operations.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Entrata is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager in leading staff to deliver resident service.
• Collect and post rent, process late payments, issue notices, and initiate evictions when needed.
• Assist in financial and operational reporting for the property.
• Generate renewal offers and draft leases after acceptance of offers.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and document condition for new residents.
• Input daily resident data from walk-ins, move-ins/outs, and inspections.
