Job summary

Quantum Real Estate Mgmt LLC is seeking a Property Associate to support the Property Manager in maintaining assets and maximizing returns, while assisting with special projects and administrative tasks.

You will coordinate tenant relations, enforce policies, supervise maintenance staff, schedule work, and ensure timely rent payments, with responsibility for leasing support and HUD/FHA compliance as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and contract workers; manage scheduling and emergency coverage.
• Ensure timely payment of rents and processing of residential applications in One-site.
• Assist in advertising, marketing programs, market surveys, and reports; support leasing and move-ins.
• Coordinate communication between property and corporate office; implement HUD procedures and policies.
• Identify hazards and potential liabilities; ensure compliance with HUD guidelines where applicable.
