Job summary

Turner Companies seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of a portfolio of single-family rental homes. This in-person role is based in the Knoxville office with travel to properties in Knox, Blount, Anderson, Loudon counties and Chattanooga.

Mileage reimbursement is provided and driving is required. Responsibilities include leasing administration, maintenance coordination, occupancy data in AppFolio, resident relations, rent tracking, and compliance with company

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, leasing, or real estate administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software; AppFolio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operational activities of assigned single-family rental properties.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and vendor services.
• Track work orders and ensure timely completion and quality control.
• Maintain leasing and occupancy data in AppFolio and support marketing efforts.
• Provide courteous, professional communication and assist with rent collection follow-up.
