The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of an assigned portfolio of single-family rental homes with Woody Creek Property Management, part of Turner Companies. This role focuses on administrative, operational, resident service, and coordination tasks that ensure properties are managed efficiently, residents are supported, and company standards are consistently met. The Assistant Property Manager works under the direction of the Property Manager and Managing Broker and is expected to maintain strict confidentiality related to business operations, financial information, and resident records.
