The role emphasizes hands-on operation, with room for growth into a Property Manager position within a 60+ property portfolio across five states. Expect a dynamic, on-your-feet schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication, including difficult conversations with residents.
• Experience leading or coaching others, even informally.
• Attention to detail in leasing paperwork, inspections, and follow-up.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities without loss of accuracy.
• Goal-oriented, willing to pitch in across the team.

Responsibilities

• Handle leads from multiple channels, schedule and conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease paperwork through execution.
• Manage resident services: renewals, transfers, early terminations, addenda, and move-out processing including security deposits.
• Post rent, follow up on delinquencies, and coordinate with maintenance.
• Conduct make-ready inspections and ensure unit readiness for move-ins.
• Assist with resident events and training of new team members; support the property manager.
