Freedom Park Apartments is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist with leasing and daily operations at our Atlanta community. You will help deliver excellent customer service, handle leasing activities, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The role supports the Property Manager day-to-day, requiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can work independently and within a team environment, with proficiency in property systems such as Onesite.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Onesite software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post income within 24 hours of collection.
• Prepare and deliver delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in leasing activity.
• File resident correspondence, back up phones, and assist in office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post vending commissions, NSF checks, and other incomes/expenses.
• Keep lease files current and complete.
• Take over Property Manager duties when manager is unavailable.
