Job summary

Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help lead operations and leasing at Freedom Park Apartments.

You will support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service, assist with leasing, and maintain smooth administrative processes. Requirements include 1–2 years in property management with leasing experience preferred; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work

Qualifications

1-2 years of property management experience.
Leasing experience preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency Onesite software preferred.

Responsibilities

Collection and posting of income within 24 hours of collection.
Preparation and delivery of delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
Participate in the leasing activity.
File all resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist in general office management.
Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
Post all vending commissions, NSF checks, and other incomes/expenses.
Keep all lease files current and complete.
Take over the Property Manager's responsibilities when the Property Manager is not available.
