Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and provide leasing information; schedule tours and maintenance requests.
• Assist with monthly reports (renewals, rents, traffic, retention).
• Help with lease renewals and marketing to generate traffic.
• Assist in handling resident service requests and concerns.
• Manage rent collections and issue notices as required.
• Inspect property and vacant apartments daily.
