Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an Operations Specialist to support nationwide portfolios from an HQ role with extensive onsite involvement. You will oversee operations, accounting, leasing, and marketing, coordinating cross-team activities at multiple properties across the country.

The role requires leading onsite teams, managing cash flow, budgeting, and preparing monthly financial statements. Expect up to 95% travel and frequent collaboration with property personnel and executives.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in property management in multiple housing markets.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams and projects.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of property management software including Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance staff, office personnel, and leasing teams.
• Direct day-to-day operations including loss prevention, risk, safety, and facilities.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances; manage cash flow and receivables.
• Maintain complete community files and ensure accurate lease data in management software.
