Job summary

LDG Development is seeking an Operations Specialist in Austin, TX. The role supports HQ-level operations with a heavy focus on community operations, accounting, leasing, and financial areas across nationwide portfolios.

The position is hybrid in Austin and requires travel and leadership of onsite teams. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, budgeting, preparing monthly financial statements, and supervising maintenance, marketing, and leasing activities while ensuring lease data accuracy

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in property management in affordable housing markets.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and strong time management/organization.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 95% of the time weekly and sometimes over weekends.
• Lead on-site maintenance staff, office staff, and leasing team using industry experience and customer service.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing and facility upkeep.
• Manage cash flow requirements and leasing strategy to develop operating income for the property.
