This role requires 4-6 years of property management experience, strong financial acumen, proficiency with Yardi and CRM, and the ability to collaborate with owners and vendors. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $95,000 per year, with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Leadership to manage a large on-site team and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an apartment community to meet financial and occupancy goals.
• Lead and develop on-site staff including maintenance and leasing teams.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and legal requirements.
• Groom client/owner relationships and report performance to owners.
