Job summary

Greystar seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in the United States. You will lead a team, manage budgets, ensure lease enforcement, and drive occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, invoicing, vendor management, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other applicable laws. Strong leadership and customer service are essential in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service to manage day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates and ensuring payments are collected and posted.
• Approves invoices and manages communication between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Oversees lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewal processes.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends to guide marketing and leasing strategies.
• Ensures resident satisfaction and maintenance teams comply with company standards.
• Supervises property staff through hiring, training, and performance management.
