Glendale Galleria Mall is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to assist the (Sr) Operations Manager with the cost-effective operation, maintenance, and preservation of the property, focusing on physical operations, construction coordination, safety, contracted services oversight, and project management.

The role is designed to prepare the candidate to become the Operations Manager of a separate company property within 9-24 months, requiring relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in property, facilities, or construction management; shopping center experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with building systems, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Operate a clean, well-maintained property to provide guests a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee assets to ensure maintenance to required standards in a cost-efficient manner.
• Prepare multi-year capital and operating expense plans and manage projects.
• Ensure safety systems are code compliant and safety reports are maintained.
• Split time between Northridge Fashion Center and Glendale Galleria.
