Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of technical education preferred in electrical, mechanical, HVAC or plumbing.
• Strong vendor management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools and safety equipment desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Train and coach store team on safety and guest services.
• Monitor area metrics and drive improvements in operations.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, quality workmanship.
• Use technology to create, troubleshoot, and complete work orders.
• Assist in special projects and asset maintenance.
