Paws Up Montana, America’s premier luxury ranch resort, is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to lead the housekeeping team, ensure impeccable cleanliness, and maintain guest-ready accommodations across the Village, Green O, and Glamping. The role requires leadership experience in a luxury hospitality setting, a strong sense of urgency, and flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury hospitality or related service environment.
• Knowledge of world-class hospitality standards and service excellence.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous Housekeeping experience is required.
• A valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Inspect guest accommodations and provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with resort standards.
• Monitor public areas to maintain the resort's cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest-ready accommodations and service expectations.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed during low occupancy or staff shortages.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other hours as required by seasonality.
• Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to guest requests with personalized hospitality.
• Complete daily housekeeping checklists accurately and on time.
• Support housekeeping operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
