Job summary

Pursuit Collection in Montana seeks a Housing Manager to lead the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of employee housing across the Glacier Park Collection. You will ensure safe, compliant, clean, and welcoming communities that support engagement and retention.

Collaborating with Operations, People Team, Facilities, and external vendors, you will balance occupancy, policy, and budget while delivering an exceptional housing experience for team members and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing or property management within hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to lead operations, maintenance, and compliance across multiple sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of employee housing facilities.
• Develop housing assignment strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate housing placements, transfers, and seasonal transitions.
• Maintain housing records, occupancy reports, and agreements.
• Create processes to improve efficiency and resident experience.
• Monitor capacity and identify future needs.
