Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Property Management or real estate-based business with supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow).
• Experience managing multi-family, commercial, and single-family assets.
• Current Montana Property Management License (or ability to obtain one immediately).
• Deep familiarity with the Flathead Valley rental real estate market.
• Proficiency in standard office suites and PM software (AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of property managers and staff.
• Manage leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and client/owner reporting.
• Direct portfolio management across multi-family, commercial, and SFR assets.
• Contribute to high-level decisions on expenses, contracts, and client retention.
• Ensure compliance with Montana Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing regulations.
