Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of real estate property management experience.
• Active Real Estate license in the state of work or RPA/CPM designation.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the building staff in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Handle correspondence with clients, tenants and vendors.
• Ensure leases and contracts are organized and up to date.
• Prepare aging reports and follow up on delinquencies.
• Process invoices with back-up per procedures.
• Prepare lease abstracts and monthly rent roll.
• Coordinate tenant move ins/outs and service requests.
• Oversee work order and purchase order systems.
• Assist in annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
• Maintain Tenant Service Package and tenant data accuracy.
