Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee the management of a property or portfolio under the client agreement. The role requires lease administration, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and construction oversight, with strong communication to leasing and accounting teams to meet client goals.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 3+ years of property management experience, and relevant licenses/designations, plus proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors; experience in analyzing and negotiating commercial lease/contract language.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration duties and ensure accurate abstracts.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations, and directives.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection process and complete required inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts in line with requirements.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure total contract compliance and timely reporting.
• Oversee tenant and building construction work to ensure timely completion.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings to align goals.
