Job summary

Cape & Coast Premier Properties, based in St. George Island, FL, is seeking a Property Coordinator to support daily operations and deliver premium experiences for property owners and guests.

You will collaborate with the Owner Relations team and other departments to keep communications clear and processes smooth. In this role you will onboard new properties, liaise with owners, maintenance, housekeeping and reservations, coordinate third-party vendors, run property audits, and assist with storm

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A professional, diplomatic, and solutions-focused approach.
• Familiarity with smartphone apps, Microsoft Office, and general computer use.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal transportation; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Willingness to assist with storm preparation and post-storm property assessments.
• Availability to work Saturdays and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new properties and welcoming owners to the rental program.
• Serve as a liaison between the Owner Relations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams.
• Coordinate appointments and communication with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Conduct regular property audits and inspections to maintain high standards.
• Run errands and oversee deliveries, utility setups, and service appointments.
• Support the review of monthly owner statements for accuracy before distribution.
