Cape & Coast Premier Properties, serving Northwest Florida’s Forgotten Coast, is seeking a Property Coordinator to support operations for property owners and guests. Reporting to the St.

George Island office, you will coordinate between Owner Relations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Reservations to ensure high-quality experiences. The role emphasizes communication, vendor management, property audits, and timely onboarding of new rentals.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional, diplomatic, and solutions-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with smartphone apps and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new properties and greet owners to the rental program.
• Coordinate between Owner Relations, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Reservations.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and service providers.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards.
• Assist with storm prep and post-storm assessments.
• Review monthly owner statements for accuracy before distribution.
