Job summary

Scenic Stays in Destin, FL is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Owner Relations and Operations managers in day-to-day management of vacation rental properties, including condominium units and single-family homes. This field-based role ensures properties meet standards and guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

You will liaise with homeowners, vendors and housekeeping, coordinate maintenance, and monitor projects while maintaining records and using our PM software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Support Owner Relations and Operations managers in daily portfolio tasks.
• Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and onboarding.
• Maintain records, reports, and communications using PM software.
• Assist with guest and homeowner communications and emergency responses.
