Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of prior Operations, Facilities or Property Management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings and other schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop 5-year capital plan to maintain and enhance property assets.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and records.
• Ensure safety systems are up to code, maintained and inspected.
• Conduct daily property walk-throughs and address operational issues.
• Manage procurement and services within CAM and capital budgets.
• Control operating expenses and minimize financial variances.
• Oversee capital projects, vendor bids, and service agreements.
• Lead maintenance staff and perform reviews.
• Ensure public safety, center security and risk management.
• Read engineering drawings and assist in emergency management planning.
