Job summary

The Property Administrator at RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation) in Los Angeles is a full-time role reporting to the Regional Manager. You will oversee the facility’s operations, ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance, manage budgets, and uphold safety and resident services.

You’ll supervise staff, coordinate with maintenance and security, and drive high-quality customer service while maintaining a welcoming, well-maintained community compliant with housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in property management preferred.
• Experience with LIHTC, HUD, or affordable housing programs is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance capabilities.
