Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager in Omaha to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident services. You will ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 20% for property visits and training. A High School diploma or GED is required, with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure company standards are met and regulatory compliance is maintained.
• Gathers and analyzes market trends and implements marketing and leasing strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Develops resident retention strategies through timely communications and responsive service.
• Oversees repairs, maintenance requests, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Collaborates with Regional Manager on operating budgets and financial controls.
• Reviews monthly reports and ensures timely collection of revenues and management of accounts receivable.
• Hires, trains, and mentors staff; conducts evaluations and corrective action as needed.
